TERM OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Not abiding by them may result in a definable ban from my services.

General

♦ You don't need to be too formal with me. My priority is for you to be delighted with your order - I only ask you to be respectful and civil in all aspects of the commission.
♦ I will not tolerate ill behavior and will cancel your commission if it occurs.
♦ Provide visual references, whether it is a set of photos, mood boards, or previous art pieces of your character(s). You can send me photos of poses, expressions, or clothes –
They will be counted as ideas for drawing.
♦ If you need a commission done by a deadline, please mention it in the application form, and I'll let you know if I can get your order done in time.
♦ Things like commercial rights, payment plans, or any other requests have to be discussed before or during the process of commissioning.
♦ I can charge more depending on the complexity of your character - elements like armor, weapons, wings, etc. will cost more.

Payment

♦ All commissions must be paid in full amount upfront through an invoice, PayPal, or Ko-fi donations only. If the price is over $100, payment plans are available.
♦ All payments should be in USD only.
♦ After the commission is accepted, I will send you an invoice via PayPal.
♦ You have 48 hours to send the payment unless you ask for more time before I send the invoice. Otherwise, the commission is canceled. If you’re unable to pay on time twice – and don’t warn me about it – you will be blacklisted.
♦ I prioritize already paid commissions, which means I'll determine the turnaround time of your commission after it's fully paid.

Refunds and Cancellations

♦ I do not do refunds once the commission process has begun. You may ask for a refund before the invoice or Ko-Fi donation has been issued.
♦ Claiming dissatisfaction with the finished commission does not warrant a refund, as the client has had the entire process of the project to voice their concerns. Doing this will result in blacklisting.
♦ I always send out a WIP before I proceed with inking your commission, but if by any chance you'd request a complete restart of your commission, you will be issued an additional fee.
♦ I do not allow chargebacks. If the worst comes to worst and I'm unable to complete your inquiry within the estimated timeframe, I will fully refund you. Depending on my situation, the refund may be done in full, or I might have to set up a short repayment plan with you.
♦ If you're no longer interested in the commission you've ordered, swap it for something different for the same value (any character or outfit design, ych, or other commission).

Commercial Use

♦ By default, my work is for personal use only. Any possibility of commercial use can be accessed through a private discussion.
♦ Please keep in mind that the commercial use fees will ultimately raise the price of your commission (2x or 3x more, depending on the scale of the project.)

What I mean by commercial use
♦ Using my art as merch. Print it on mugs, stickers, posters, T-shirts, & such.
♦ Selling my work as prints.
♦ Using my designs in stories; books and web comics that later may be profitable.
♦ Using my art for Twitch, YouTube, and streams of any kind that will be used for profit, as well as using it for any Vtubing purposes.
♦ Using my designs as concepts for Vtube models.

Process

♦ After you fill out the form and submit your request, you will receive an email from me in 1-2 days to confirm your order.
♦ If you cannot fill out the form with all the details, I will ask for them in an email.

Revisions and WIPs

♦ The client will always receive a WIP of the commission before I proceed with inking/coloring.
♦ I will send you two progress pictures, one of the sketches and one of the line art with flat colors - unless you request more.
♦ You can request major changes during these two phases - and you may request minor changes to the final artwork within 24 hours of the work being sent. They won't incur extra charges unless I have to redraw some aspects completely. $50+

Turnaround Time

♦ It may take me up to 1 week to 2 months to complete your commission, depending on commission complexity, workload, and my full-time job. (I can only work on commissions on my days off. Please be patient with me.)
♦ Rush Fee +50 - less than 24 hours or a few days' notice

Pricing and Add-ons

♦ All the prices listed are just base prices, as your commission may be subject to a complexity fee.
♦ Each extra character is +100% of the base price plus any complexity fees if applicable.
♦ Private orders require the privacy fee of +$15.

Client's Rights

♦ You have the rights to your commission and may post/share it anywhere - giving credit is still required
♦ If you don’t want me to share the finished commission, you have to tell me during the process of commissioning.
♦ You may not edit my work in any way other than adding a background.
♦ You do not have the right to use my work for AI training or NFT minting. I also refuse services to anyone associated with generative AI and Crypto.
♦ You do not have the right to resell my work or use it commercially without the commercial fee included.

Artist's Rights

♦ I have the right to decline your inquiry without any explanation.
♦ I won’t resell the artwork in digital form or physical form (prints, posters, or any products).
♦ I retain the full rights to my art, therefore I can use it any way I please. This includes but is not limited to:

♦ Posting it on my websites, portfolios, and social media.
♦ Using the WIP and finished work as advertisement, both on social media & within my Commission Sheets.
♦ Streaming my process both on my Patreon, Ko-fi, & Twitch.
♦ Recording my process both for speedpaints and as a short timelapse for my Patreon & Ko-fi
